I don't want to know what's going on in Sprout's mind. Far too scary!!
I may be way off, but my 4 year old made something similar the other day and it was a juice box dispenser.
This could be the head of a four eyed, many mouthed man eating robot, or, Sprout's 'get out of art' ticket so he can go do something else.
Um...it kinda looks like a Dr.`s kit type think. LOL.
